What to expect

Your message goes straight to our team and is read by a person. We aim to reply within a few business days. For data corrections, a quick link to the page in question helps us check the store faster.

Where our data comes from

Our listings are sourced directly from the Apple App Store and Google Play. If a detail looks wrong here, it often reflects what the store reported at our last refresh rather than a typo on our side, so a link to the official listing helps us confirm the current value and update it.

If you want to understand how the directory works before writing, the About page explains how we keep each store's rating and price separate and why we never merge them into a single number.

findmyapps.net links to the official App Store and Google Play listings and does not host downloads, so requests to download or install apps directly through us cannot be fulfilled.

How we keep listings current

The catalog is refreshed from the official stores on a regular schedule, so prices, version numbers, and ratings reflect the most recent check rather than a live feed. If you spot a value that no longer matches the store, a quick note with the page link helps us re-check and update it sooner.

We do not take payment to add, remove, or reorder listings, and we cannot change the rating an app shows here — those numbers come straight from each store. If you are a developer and a detail about your app looks wrong, point us to the official listing and we will compare it against what we have on file.
